Duties
• Represent clients in complex construction litigation and construction defect disputes.
• Negotiate and draft construction contracts and related project agreements.
• Analyze construction disputes involving owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals.
• Evaluate insurance coverage issues related to construction claims.
• Prepare and manage insurance tenders and coverage analyses.
• Analyze legal relationships between policyholders, insurers, contractors, and other project participants.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Participate in motion practice, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• Develop litigation strategies designed to efficiently resolve complex construction disputes.
• Respond promptly to client needs while independently managing multiple litigation matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to provide comprehensive client representation.

Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in construction litigation or related commercial litigation.
• Hands-on experience with construction contracts and construction dispute resolution.
• Practical knowledge of insurance coverage issues involving construction matters.
