About the Role

A law firm seeks a Business Litigation Associate to join its Washington, DC office. This position offers the opportunity to represent clients in commercial disputes, supply chain litigation, and international trade matters while handling sophisticated litigation from strategy through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies for commercial disputes.
• Manage litigation matters independently and as part of a legal team.
• Represent clients in business litigation involving supply chain and international trade matters.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Collaborate with attorneys to prepare cases through all stages of litigation.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and legal team members.

Qualifications

• At least five years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience handling business disputes, supply chain litigation, or international trade matters.
• Strong attention to detail and sound professional judgment.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
