Job Description
We are seeking a Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding, fabrication, and equipment repair and a proven ability to evaluate materials and perform safe, accurate, and cost-effective repairs and modifications.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate required materials and supplies to safely fabricate, modify, and repair automotive assets and organizational equipment.
- Perform all types of welding to repair, modify, and up-fit light and heavy, on-road and off-road vehicles and equipment.
- Maintain welding materials, consumables, and shop equipment in a safe and operable condition.
- Follow safety standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliant operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding for steel and aluminum.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, measurements, and specifications.
- Experience with fabrication tools, cutting, grinding, and finishing.
- 3 years of welding or equipment repair experience, or equivalent training.
Preferred Skills:
- Automotive or heavy equipment up-fit and modification experience.
- Certification in welding processes or safety programs.
