BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced UX Content Spec/Strategist
Note: Candidate must be local to Minneapolis, MN and willing to work on W2.
Position: UX Content Spec/Strategist
Worksite: 220 S 6th St, Minneapolis, MN 55402
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $51/Hr. On W2
Hours: 9-3 CT is the bank fixed working hours. Individual can start earlier or end later to fulfill 8 hours/day. We ask that the individual accommodate their teams’ SCRUM, refinement, planning, etc meetings if needed to attend. These meetings tend not to be any earlier than 8:30 a.m. CT. and aren’t held in the afternoon
Must Have
Figma (content design within components and design systems)
Jira experience to review and update stories.
Nice To Have
Figma experience to review and add comments on existing designs from Experience Designers.
Top 3 skills/requirements:
Familiarity with Figma to review designs and comment on content changes. 2 years desired.
Ability to support multiple teams’ content needs (~5 teams). 3 years.
Ability to follow a design system’s content requirements/style. 5 years.
Job Description:
Works closely with Experience Designers and accessibility partners to ensure content accurately matches features and functionality and is written appropriately for all audiences.
Applies and updates existing content strategies to accommodate new products and campaigns, validating that content is correctly and accurately implemented across the digital platforms.
Writes, edits and implements content based on the content strategy, including voice and tone, and customer-/business-centric site goal.
