Key Responsibilities:
• Work on SAP HR (SuccessFactors / ECC HCM / Mini Master in S4 HANA) and SAP Concur across the full project lifecycle — from gathering requirements to go-live support.
• Configure and integrate HR modules — including organization structure, position management, job requisition, and employee self-service features.
• Design and optimize travel and expense workflows in SAP Concur to align with HR and finance policies.
• Manage day-to-day system operations — user roles, data sync, and master data maintenance across HR and Concur.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for users and business teams.
• Troubleshoot issues, handle escalations, and support testing during system upgrades or enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and Finance teams to ensure smooth integrations, data accuracy, and compliance.
• Maintain clear documentation for system configuration, business processes, and testing.
• Provide ongoing support and resolve tickets related to SAP HR and Concur modules.
