Office Manager/AR & AP

Location: Long Beach, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $38–$43/hour
Employment Type: Temporary

BBSI is partnering with a mission-driven preschool that is making a real impact in the community. We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Manager/AR & AP to step in on a temporary basis and support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Support accounts receivable and accounts payable (AR/AP) functions

· Assist with payroll processing

· Perform daily administrative and office coordination tasks

· Maintain records using QuickBooks Online and internal databases

· Manage incoming mail and process checks/payments

· Order and track office supplies

· Provide general support to leadership and staff to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in administrative support, AR/AP, and Payroll

· Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or similar systems is a plus

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail

· Ability to multitask and adapt in a small office environment

· Friendly, professional, and able to work well with different personalities

· Reliable and able to step in with minimal ramp-up time

· Industry experience is not required—we’re looking for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and ready to contribute.
