Commercial Baker (Production)

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable, hard-working Production Workers to support operations at a large commercial baking facility. Employees in this role will assist with various stages of the baking production process in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix and prepare dough according to production specifications
• Measure and prepare flour and other dry/wet ingredients
• Operate and monitor commercial baking equipment
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and staging finished product as needed
• Meet production quotas and quality standards
• Report equipment issues or product defects to a supervisor

Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a hot, humid production environment
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Food manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to work weekends and/or holidays as required by production schedule

Working Conditions

This position operates in a commercial baking environment with exposure to high heat, flour dust, and moving equipment. PPE may be required.
