As our HRIS & HR Generalist, you’ll take ownership of Dayforce WFM administration, lead our compliance and reporting efforts, and provide essential support across the employee lifecycle. You’ll also partner with HR leadership on employee relations support, strengthen data integrity, and contribute to a wide range of generalist and administrative activities that keep our HR function running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
HRIS (Dayforce) Administration & Support
- Support Dayforce configuration updates, workflows, and system enhancements
- Troubleshoot system issues and partner with Dayforce Support as needed
- Monitor and maintain data integrity through regular audits and corrections
- Assist with system testing during upgrades, patches, and new module implementations
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee data within Dayforce
- Generate and analyze HRIS reports for HR, compliance, and leadership
- Dayforce WFM experience required
HR Compliance & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain compliance reports (I9 audits, logs, etc.)
- Support annual compliance cycles (EEO1, CA Pay Data Reporting, Affirmative Action, etc.)
- Maintain compliance trackers and ensure proper documentation
- Assist with policy updates, handbook revisions, and internal audits
- Ensure HR records and organizational charts are accurate and current
- Partner with HR leadership to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws
HR Operations & Generalist Support
- Support Employee Relations by participating in employee interviews and documentation
- Manage and respond to inquiries in the HR shared inbox
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, processes, and systems
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve HR processes
- Maintain employee files in compliance with retention requirements
- Assist with unemployment claim responses and documentation
Generalist Activities & Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support across HR programs and initiatives
- Assist with employee communications, announcements, and document preparation
- Support HR leadership with scheduling, coordination, and project logistics
- Maintain HR documentation, templates, and shared resources
- Assist with adhoc HR tasks to support daily operations
Benefits Administration (Backup Role)
- Serve as backup for benefits administration, including open enrollment and qualifying life events
- Support employee education and communication regarding benefits programs
- Coordinate with benefits vendors to resolve employee issues and ensure accurate enrollments
- Maintain benefits data accuracy within Dayforce and related systems
- Support audits and reporting related to benefits and eligibility
HR Projects, Documentation & Analytics
- Support crossfunctional HR projects and initiatives
- Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation
- Support HR metrics, reporting, and dashboard development
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems and processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience
- 3–5 years of HRIS administration experience; Dayforce WFM experience required
- Experience in HR compliance, audits, and reporting.
- Exposure to employee relations and workplace investigation.
- Exposure to benefits administration and employee support
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive, solutionsoriented mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
