Office Inventory Clerk

We are seeking 2 reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistants to support daily administrative and clerical operations. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a construction or manufacturing site and is organized, and comfortable handling a variety of office tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge required with inventory mangement systems
• Utilize SAP Program
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, inquiries as needed
• Extensive data entry
• Knowledge of running reports for construction material, or lumber loads, will require to run daily reports
• Detail with acurracy with adding numbers on excel spreadsheet
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and order entry
• Experience with scheduling, coordinating management meetings & prepare conference room
• Assist with order office supplies, safety suppplies, keeping proper documentation
• Ensure the office area remains clean, organized
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous administrative experience in construction background preferred
• Proficiency required in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Work Environment:

• Office setting
• May require sitting and standing, and light lifting of office materials
• Walking into the outside yard to hand deliver documents to managers

Shift Hrs, must be able to commit to schedule if they need you till 4:30pm

6am-4:30pm M-F

Pay Rate $19.00-$23.00 Depending on Experience and industry background
