Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through various channels.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and professional manner.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively.
- Assist with night audit tasks as needed to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests promptly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
