We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team. Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently while ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to provide accurate information to guests.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions in accordance with hotel policies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
- Uphold the hotel's standards for cleanliness and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual or bilingual candidates are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A friendly, approachable personality with a commitment to providing outstanding guest services.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
