This critical role is responsible for ensuring outstanding guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and upholding operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Six-day work week with one weekend off per month and accrued vacation time.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment through strong leadership and staff development.
- Strong commitment to franchise brand compliance.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to boost occupancy rates and increase brand recognition.
- Demonstrated experience in hotel management or a comparable role in the hospitality sector.
- Strong grasp of revenue management techniques and industry practices.
