Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Correctional Facility
Location: Coxsackie, NY
Start Date: December 22, 2025
Duration: Ongoing (based on vacancy needs)
Schedule: 8 to 12-hour shifts, variable schedule
Guaranteed Hours: 24–40 hours per week
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Pay Details:
Full-Time: $2,000 weekly = $50/hr on W2 (40 hours)
Part-Time: $960 weekly = $40/hr on W2 (24 hours)

Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide patient care within the Greene Correctional Facility. The role includes performing standard LPN duties in a correctional healthcare setting while ensuring quality care and maintaining safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
Perform basic nursing care and support under the direction of an RN or physician.
Monitor patient health and report changes in condition.
Administer medications and document care accurately.
Assist with wound care, treatments, and other procedures.
Maintain compliance with facility and Department of Corrections protocols.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years as an LPN (Med-Surg experience preferred).
License: Active and valid New York State LPN License (must provide a copy).
Certification: BLS not required.
Additional Requirements:
Must undergo a background check and fingerprinting ($75 per agency).
Ability to work independently and adapt to a correctional environment.
