We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our cardiology team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Set up cardiac procedures such as Cardiac Catheterizations, Device implants , Transesophageal echocardgiograms, etc.
- Obtain prior authorizations for tests, procedures, and medications
- Schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and diagnostic testing
- Communicate with patients regarding procedures, preparation, and follow-up instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system
- Support physicians and other clinical staff as needed
- Current and valid New York State LPN License
- Previous experience in a cardiology or other medical specialty preferred
- Knowledge of insurance guidelines and prior authorization processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in EMR systems and basic computer skills
- Monday through Friday schedule
