RN – LTC Supervisor (Travel Contract)
Location: Wheeling, WV
Pay: $2,320 weekly = $30/hr on W2 $1,240 weekly per diem
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12-Hour Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM), weekends as scheduled
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Start: 12/15/2025
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) – 3rd Floor, Unit 91
Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced RN LTC Supervisor for a skilled nursing unit that cares for short-term post-acute patients. This role requires strong clinical skills, leadership, and the ability to manage complex patient needs in a fast-paced SNF environment.
NO first-time travelers.
50-mile radius rule applies.
All submissions must include an unexpired driver’s license.
Responsibilities
Medication administration
Wound care
Foley/catheter care
PEG tube feedings
Ostomy care
Tracheostomy care
RN-specific: IV management, PICC lines, Mediports, Central lines
Provide high-quality skilled nursing care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
Maintain accurate documentation (Allscripts/Sunrise & Point Click Care)
Float to units as needed (travelers float before core staff)
Required Qualifications
Active RN License (Must be in hand; licensing hits must be disclosed)
Minimum 2 years of LTC/SNF experience
BLS (CPR) Certification – must be active prior to Day 1
No first-time travelers
Additional Information
EMR: Allscripts – Sunrise Point Click Care
Orientation: 2 shifts
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holidays: As scheduled by the facility
No call, no standby
