Pay: $2,014/weekly on W2= $53/hr on w2 local
$2,530/weekly= $35/hr on w2 $1200/weekly per diem
Shift: 2:45 PM – 7:00 AM one 8-hour weekday shift
Position Overview
Pleasant Ridge Manor is seeking an experienced RN LTC Supervisor for a 13-week assignment in a large long-term care and skilled nursing facility. This RN Supervisor will oversee clinical operations building-wide, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory adherence across multiple units.

Guaranteed Hours: Full scheduled hours
Orientation: 3 days
Certifications Required: BLS
Schedule & Staffing Structure
Shift:2:45 PM – 7:00 AM plus one 8-hour weekday shift
8.25-hour shifts (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Weekends: Every other weekend
Holidays: Required as scheduled
Call: None
Floating: Not applicable (supervises entire building)
Unit Information & Expectations
The RN Supervisor:
Runs the building on evenings, nights, and weekends
Supervises RN, LPN, and CNA staff
Not assigned regular patient care (out of staffing grid)
Responds to change-of-condition situations
Coordinates outside services (labs, portable X-ray, etc.)
Contacts MD/NP as needed
Performs RN-only tasks: central lines, chest tubes, IV starts, admission orders, fall assessments
Participates in care plan meetings
Common Patients:
LTC, skilled, rehab, dementia, hospice (2 dedicated hospice rooms). Treatments include CPAP, BiPap, oxygen, nebulizers, trachs (no vents).
IV & Drip Info:
Lasix, Bumex, antibiotics (no titratable drips).
Additional Notes:
Must use COTA and facility timeclock.
Lost badge fee: $7
Health documents required within 48 hours of confirmation.
Requirements
Active RN license
Minimum of 2 years of LTC/SNF experience
Prior PCC experience
Strong leadership and critical-thinking skills
Ability to manage a multi-unit building independently
Charting System:PCC/POC
