Job Title: Regional Enterprise Architect, North America
Location: Stamford, CT (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 remote)
Duration: Long-term contract (through early 2027)
Travel Requirement: Travel between CT and NY (CT office is primary location)
Overview
We are seeking a Regional Enterprise Architect to lead technology strategy across North America. This role is responsible for aligning business goals with enterprise technology, designing future-state architectures, and driving large-scale system transformation initiatives. This is a high-impact, strategic role working closely with both business leaders and technical teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive regional enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business and IT goals
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technology solutions
- Assess current systems (“as-is”) and design future-state architecture and roadmaps
- Collaborate with solution architects to ensure designs align with long-term strategy
- Maintain documentation of architecture landscapes and roadmaps
- Monitor performance using KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Participate in architecture governance and ensure adherence to standards
- Drive simplification, standardization, and reuse across systems
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or solution design
- Experience working at a regional or global level
- Strong understanding of:
- Enterprise systems
- Data architecture
- Infrastructure technologies
- Proven experience designing large-scale, cloud-based solutions
- Strong background in business process modeling and optimization
- Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to evolving business and technology needs
Preferred
- Experience in commercial business systems
- Familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Equivalent experience considered in place of degree
