Position Overview
This role leads complex, cross-functional IT initiatives across enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Microsoft Fabric, Oracle ERP, WMS, OTM, and HCM. The position serves as a senior delivery leader, ensuring alignment with business strategy, architecture, security, and compliance standards. Responsible for managing multiple high-impact projects end-to-end, this individual translates strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable business outcomes.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- PMP certification required
- 10 years of overall relevant experience
- 7 years managing enterprise-level IT projects
Key Skills & Competencies
Project Leadership
- Deep expertise in Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methodologies
- Proven ability to lead large, complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and vendors
- Strong command of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management
Enterprise Systems
- Experience with ServiceNow and/or Oracle ERP, WMS, OTM, HCM
- Solid understanding of system integrations, data flows, and operational impacts
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business, architecture, security, and infrastructure teams
Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects from intake through implementation and handoff
- Define project scope, success criteria, funding, and delivery approach in partnership with stakeholders
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Oversee execution across scope, cost, quality, and risk dimensions
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and vendor performance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and data standards
- Utilize ServiceNow for project intake, tracking, and reporting
- Incorporate AI capabilities to enhance delivery efficiency and insights
- Provide clear, concise executive reporting on project status, risks, and outcomes
- Support organizational change management and user adoption efforts
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement
