Role Title: AI Product Owner
Duration: Contract through September 2026, with strong potential for a 1-year extension or conversion to full-time
Location: Glendale, WI (3 days onsite preferred)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced AI Product Owner to lead the development of an AI Agents Factory aimed at transforming back-office functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, and Procurement. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and delivering AI-driven automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and enable teams to focus on higher-value work.
You will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and a globally distributed AI development team—translating business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and ensuring successful execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management
- Strong interest in AI, with hands-on experience or a willingness to learn
- Solid understanding of machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and data concepts
- Proven experience managing stakeholders and working with offshore teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
