AI Product Owner – AI Agents / Automation (Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced AI Product Owner to lead the development of an AI Agents Factory focused on transforming back-office functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, and Procurement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and emerging technology, with a passion for driving AI-powered automation that unlocks efficiency and enables higher-value work.
You will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and a globally distributed AI development team, translating strategic ideas into actionable product requirements and ensuring successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Strategy
- Own and manage the product backlog for AI-driven initiatives
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and requirements
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities aligned with business value
- Differentiate between AI use cases and traditional automation or BI solutions
- Advocate for AI adoption and guide stakeholders on practical, high-impact applications
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with business leaders across back-office functions
- Align business priorities with technical execution
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders
Team Leadership & Delivery
- Lead a distributed AI team, including an AI Architect and offshore AI Developers
- Coordinate collaboration across time zones (morning offshore, afternoon local)
- Drive delivery using Agile/Scrum best practices
- Ensure high-quality execution and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership
- Strong interest in AI, with experience or a willingness to learn quickly
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning, LLMs, and data concepts
- Experience managing stakeholders and offshore/global teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Work Environment
- Hybrid model: On-site 3 days/week (Tuesday–Thursday)
- Daily collaboration across global teams (morning offshore, afternoon local)
- Fast-paced, complex enterprise environment
