Role Title: IT Manager CX Application Delivery B2B Products
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Preferred Location: Milwaukee, WI 3 days a week onsite
Role Description:
IT Manager CX Application Delivery B2B is a critical leadership role within the CX Digital Product Organization, accountable for orchestrating end to end delivery for the Business-to-Business B2B product lines including SCC, OV and others. This role ensures consistent, high quality delivery across multi-vendor, mult-platform environments spanning Salesforce (Marketing, Sales, Experience), Mobile, MuleSoft, SAP/QAD, and supporting platforms.
He/She owns agile execution, release orchestration, dependency management, and cross functional alignment across business product owners, product managers, architects, UX, BRMs, and offshore vendor teams. This role enables continuous delivery, predictable release cadence, and value realization across the product lifecycle Shaping, Backlog Refinement, Build & Test, Rollout, Hypercare, and Continuous Improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 8 years of delivery management, scrum master, or technical project management experience in digital platforms.
- 3 years working as a team player in Enterprise IT development teams
- Strong understanding of agile practices (Scrum, SAFe), backlog refinement, sprint execution, and release management.
- Experience delivering multi-platform digital solutions (CRM, Sales, Mobile Apps, Integrations, ERP, CRM).
- Demonstrated experience managing offshore vendor teams with fixed capacity and multi-team coordination.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, delivery metrics, and executive level reporting.
