Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time Payroll/HR Generalist to join our People & Organization Team in Green Bay. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate payroll processing while supporting a wide range of HR functions.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to make a positive impact across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Payroll & Compliance
- Process weekly payroll using Paycom with accuracy and timeliness
- Research and resolve payroll-related issues
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Conduct payroll audits and identify areas for improvement
HR Support
- Assist with onboarding, employee relations, and performance support
- Process benefit changes (HSA, 401k, etc.)
- Support HR initiatives including recruiting, retention, and engagement
- Assist with FMLA and other HR processes
Operations & Projects
- Support HR and Safety initiatives (ERT, LOTO, SDS, etc.)
- Conduct internal audits as needed
- Assist with process improvements and special projects
- Handle administrative tasks such as verifications, unemployment responses, and recordkeeping

Schedule
Part-time, non-exempt
Up to 16 hours per week
Flexible options:
- Tuesday & Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
or - Tuesday & Wednesday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Required Education & Experience
- Associate’s Degree in related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Knowledge of Paycom software
