What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both in-person and over the phone.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in company databases, including invoices and inventory records.
- Match supplier credits and process accordingly.
- Maintain detailed records of tire retread processes, including quality control and compliance documentation.
- Track and manage supplies, materials, and retread tire inventory.
- Provide administrative support to management and production teams as needed.
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma required, Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
