What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily loading and unloading of trucks.
- Organize and stage tire casings to ensure readiness for the retreading process.
- Inspect tire casings for quality concerns and defects.
- Accurately complete daily paperwork documenting rejected casings to maintain correct inventory levels and casing credits.
- Load scrap trailers as needed.
- Assist with wheel painting operations when required.
- Handle daily movement of materials throughout the facility to support production flow.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and resolve logistical challenges.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support other departments as needed.
- Knowledge of, and commitment to, company and industry safety standards, procedures, and regulations.
