What You’ll Do:
- Perform vehicle alignments, suspension repairs, and steering system repairs as assigned.
- Learn and apply alignment theory and concepts using Hunter Alignment Technology and related equipment.
- Diagnose and replace or repair worn components such as ball joints, tie rods, and control arms.
- Inspect tires for wear patterns, damage, and alignment-related concerns.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to service advisors or customers when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety protocols.
What You Bring:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot tire, suspension, and alignment issues.
- Solid understanding of vehicle mechanics, particularly suspension and steering systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on quality and trust.
