Maître D’ - Bar Oliver

Highly front-facing, fast-paced role with floor leadership responsibility

4–5 days per week expected

Must be comfortable leading the floor and running service when the GM is not in house

Strong wine knowledge and genuine passion for wine are required; wine sales are a major part of this role

Solid food knowledge and interest in the menu are important

Resy experience managing reservations, pacing, walk-ins, and guest notes is required

Coffee experience is required, including comfort operating an espresso machine

Organization is a core expectation; we expect active improvement of systems, not just maintenance of existing standards

Assist the GM with operational tasks during downtime

Tasks may include wine cellar organization and inventory, station organization, menu printing, and maintaining overall cleanliness

Tip-based compensation; listed estimates are conservative

Seating and earning potential increase significantly during warmer months due to outdoor seating
