Requirements for Maintenance Assistant:

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in maintenance
  • knowledge of state, federal and JCAHO codes and safety regulations
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems


Job Duties for Maintenance Assistant:

  • Minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting
  • Respond to buildings/residents maintenance needs
