What You’ll Do
- Serve as a clinical mentor and advisor to Administrators and Directors of Nursing
- Support facilities during state & federal surveys and help lead Plans of Correction
- Conduct mock surveys, audits, and onsite clinical reviews
- Identify risks, drive quality improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Deliver clear, actionable reports and recommendations to leadership
- Partner with the VP of Clinical Services on clinical operations and strategy
- Provide hands-on support, education, and follow-up when it matters most
- RN license (active & in good standing)
- Director of Nursing experience required
- Strong background in long-term care / skilled nursing
- Regional experience = a big plus
- Deep knowledge of state & federal LTC regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
- Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and compliance
- Comfortable with PCC, Excel, Word, and reporting tools
- Willingness to travel (including occasional overnight stays)
- Travel between multiple Massachusetts facilities
- Our nine centers are located on the South Shore, Greater Boston, North of Boston and in The Berkshires.

Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
