What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor - Slots position at Bally's?
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily slot operations and ensure the successful performance of slot equipment and gaming activities.
- Provide exceptional guest service while promoting Bally's Born to Entertain culture and building strong guest relationships.
- Lead, coach, schedule, and support team members to drive operational excellence and superior guest service.
- Monitor gaming floor activity, ensuring compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and internal controls.
- Identify and address suspicious, irregular, or operational issues, taking appropriate action when necessary.
- Troubleshoot slot-related concerns and provide hands-on support to team members and guests.
- Assist with guest inquiries, departmental projects, regulatory matters, and team member development.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff through ongoing coaching, feedback, and corrective action when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation:
- Target Hourly Rate: $28.85/hr.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally move or push equipment weighing up to 500 pounds.
- Frequently push, pull, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, twist, reach overhead, and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Requires visual acuity, peripheral awareness, and manual dexterity to inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain slot equipment.
- Works in a fast-paced casino environment with exposure to bright lights, loud noise, and high-pressure situations.
