What are the responsibilities and job description for the Beverage Server - Part Time position at Bally's?
Responsibilities:
- Report to work at the assigned time in uniform, with name tag, state badge and P.O.S Computer card.
- Read Bulletin Board on Daily Basis in order to remain current on information regarding the day’s business.
- Does a Daily Opening & Closing Requisition for ordering for beverage supplies.
- Welcomes guest upon arrival in a polite and professional manner
- Knows how to properly check Guest ID’s for serving of all alcoholic beverages.
- Prepare non-alcoholic beverages and garnish each beverage according to standard recipe.
- Provides fast (10 minute or less round time), friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and carries full trays on every round.
- Takes drink orders, communicates with bartender, assists in the preparation of drinks and presents drinks to guests
- Maintains clean and stocked workstation
- Handles money according to proper cash handling policy
- Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
- Promotes all casino events, programs and amenities
Works well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisor - Provides personalized service and uses guest name
- Resolves service problems according to guidelines
- Should have knowledge of liquor law of state and company policies.
- Any other duties assigned by your supervisor
- Report to work at the assigned time, on uniform, with name tag, State Service License, and P.O.S. computer card as needed
- Read Daily information in order to stay current and up to date regarding daily business
WORKING CONDITIONS:
May be exposed to noise, smoke, and odors. Working with others and independently.
Target Salary Range: $9.50 / Hour
