What are the responsibilities and job description for the Slot Technician position at Bally's?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform routine maintenance on slot machines
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic problems with slot machines
- Replace faulty parts and components as needed
- Test machines to ensure they are functioning properly
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
- Communicate with other members of the casino staff to ensure that all machines are functioning properly
- Provide excellent customer service to casino patrons
- Handle routine guest complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
Other duties as assigned.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL EFFORTS:
- The hospitality industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation.
- This position will primarily be indoor under controlled temperatures.
- Occasional exposure to outdoor climates
- Occasional: standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Frequent: sitting, with repetitive movement of arms, hands, and fingers.
- Speech and Vision abilities are required.
- Target Hourly Rate: $17.00 per hour
