What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dual Rate Table Games Dealer/Supervisor position at Bally's?
Responsibilities:
- Directly supervises eight employees in the Table Games Department.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Must have excellent knowledge of Table Games and be able to efficiently deal the game that they are supervising.
- Must have knowledge in game protection.
- Must be able to deal one or more of a particular Table Game.
- Must have experience or be a graduate of a certified dealing school.
- Able to comprehend policies and procedures and carry them out as set forth in the Internal Controls and manuals.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Continued training sessions required.
