Job Description
As a Barista at Ballers, you’ll create an elevated café experience for our members and guests. This is primarily a coffee-focused role with some light bartending duties (beer, wine, and simple cocktails), plus crossover support in our retail pro shop.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Preparing and serving highquality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies
- Serving beer, wine, canned cocktails, and simple mixed drinks
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar and coffee station
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking
- Following all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Assisting guests with gear, sports accessories, and Ballersbranded merchandise
- Operating the POS system for café and retail transactions
- Keeping displays organized, clean, and fully stocked
- Delivering excellent, upbeat service that reflects the Ballers brand
Skills & Qualifications
- 1 year barista experience required; basic bartending experience a plus
- Must be 18 and legally eligible to serve alcohol in Pennsylvania
- Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- RAMP and ServeSafe certifications (or ability to obtain)
