Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)/Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)/Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) – Psychiatric Focus
Location: Troy, PA | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights, Weekends, or On-Call

- $130,000 annual base salary
- Up to $40,000 quarterly performance bonuses

What You'll Do
As an PMHNP/FNP/AGNP with Balanced Wellbeing, you will play a vital role in improving the mental health and quality of life of patients in long-term care settings:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and screenings
- Develop individualized treatment plans, including psychiatric medication management
- Order and interpret labs as appropriate
- Participate in GDR/Psychotropic review meetings
- Collaborate with facility staff and patient families to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Meet daily productivity and encounter goals
- Be responsive to facility calls (after hours/weekends as appropriate, but no formal on-call duty)
What We're Looking For
- Active Pennsylvania FNP or AGNP license
- At least 1 year of psychiatric experience (preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply)
- Strong written, verbal, and computer skills
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Four verifiable peer references
- Organized, efficient, and a true team player
Schedule & Work Setting
- Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- Weekends & holidays off
- Work in skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living facilities
- Some travel between facilities (reliable transportation required)
