This isn’t your typical desk recruiting role. You’ll be on the ground—recruiting, coordinating, launching shifts, and ensuring every worker is set up for success from clock-in to paycheck.
If you thrive on accountability, urgency, and ownership, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Talent Recruiting & Placement
- Recruit and screen candidates for high-volume day labor and warehouse roles.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate reliability and job readiness.
- Place candidates into open shifts and ensure proper onboarding completion.
- Enter and maintain accurate candidate records in backend systems.
On-Site Workforce Management
- Check in employees at the start of each shift.
- Ensure all scheduled workers arrive on time and are ready to work.
- Proactively manage no-shows and fill gaps quickly.
- Act as the primary liaison between client supervisors and our workforce.
Timekeeping & Payroll Accuracy
- Verify and enter employee time accurately and on schedule.
- Ensure hours are approved and processed for timely, correct pay.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies quickly and professionally.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Address attendance, performance, or behavioral concerns.
- Process employee terminations swiftly and accurately when required.
- Maintain compliance with company and client policies.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume customer-facing experience.
- Comfortable working early mornings and being physically present on-site.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator who can build relationships with both workers and client leadership.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using ATS and workforce management systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
What We Offer
- Competitive base pay performance incentives
- Career growth opportunities in a rapidly growing staffing company
- Hands-on leadership experience
- A fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- The opportunity to make a direct impact on workforce operations daily
Why This Role Matters
You are the connector. The problem-solver. The one who ensures operations run smoothly and people get paid accurately and on time. Your work directly supports our client’s productivity and our employees’ livelihoods.
If you’re ready to own your site, build strong teams, and drive results every day—we want to meet you.
