Light Industrial Recruiter (Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid | Euclid, OH 44117
Pay: $33.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Hybrid Schedule: 2 days onsite/week, 3 days/ week remotely
Assignment Length: 3–6-month contract with potential for extension

Position Overview
Staffing Solutions Enterprises is partnering with a well-established manufacturing client in the Euclid area to hire a Light Industrial Recruiter. In this role, you will support high-volume recruiting for general labor and light industrial positions across manufacturing facilities on Cleveland’s east side.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys fast-paced environments, strong hiring manager partnerships, and hands-on recruiting.

Must Haves Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience in general labor, light industrial, manufacturing, or distribution
  (either inhouse for a large organization or with a staffing firm)
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and Microsoft Excel
• Proven experience sourcing, interviewing, and working directly with hiring managers

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit general labor and light industrial talent for manufacturing facilities in Euclid and Mentor
• Manage full- cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers
• Work onsite at the Euclid facility 2 days per week and attend hiring events as needed
• Utilize SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking System
• Source candidates using job boards and other recruiting tools
• Support and participate in job fairs and hiring events

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience in general labor, light industrial, manufacturing, or distribution
  (either inhouse for a large organization or with a staffing firm)
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and Microsoft Excel
• Proven experience sourcing, interviewing, and working directly with hiring managers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to attend hiring events as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SuccessFactors ATS
• Prior experience with job fairs and hiring events

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
