Senior CRM & Email Marketing Manager at BairesDev
We are looking for a Senior CRM & Email Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of CRM-driven email programs that engage customers at every stage of the lifecycle. You will leverage customer data and behavioral insights to build highly targeted communications that drive retention, upsell, and long-term loyalty.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute a CRM-led email marketing strategy focused on customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
- Build and manage segmented email programs based on customer behavior, purchase history, and lifecycle stage.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to maintain clean, actionable customer data for targeting and personalization.
- Design and optimize automated journeys for key lifecycle moments including onboarding, winback, and renewal.
- Define and track CRM email KPIs, producing regular performance reports for marketing leadership.
- Ensure all email communications comply with data privacy regulations and reflect current brand standards.
What we are looking for:
- 4 years of experience in CRM marketing, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms and email tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
- Experience using customer data to build sophisticated segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Proven ability to design lifecycle email programs that measurably improve retention and revenue.
- Solid understanding of data privacy regulations including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA.
