Marketing Automation Specialist at BairesDev
We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to build and manage automated email and nurture programs that engage prospects and customers throughout the funnel. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills in automation platforms and a keen interest in data-driven campaign optimization.
What You'll Do:
- Build and manage automated email workflows including lead nurture, onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Configure and maintain marketing automation platform settings, integrations, and data flows.
- Develop dynamic content and segmentation rules to personalize communications based on user behavior and attributes.
- Perform regular audits of automation programs to identify gaps, errors, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with demand generation and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and CRM data accuracy.
- Track automation program performance and report on metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
What we are looking for:
- 3 years of experience in marketing automation or email marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign.
- Experience building multi-step automated workflows and behavioral trigger campaigns.
- Understanding of CRM integration and lead management processes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple active programs simultaneously.
