Email Marketing & Automation Lead at BairesDev
We are seeking an Email Marketing & Automation Lead to own the design and execution of automated email programs that move prospects and customers through the funnel efficiently. This role combines technical expertise in marketing automation with strategic thinking to build journeys that drive engagement and revenue.
What You'll Do:
- Architect and manage automated email workflows covering lead nurturing, onboarding, re-engagement, and post-purchase journeys.
- Collaborate with demand generation, content, and customer success teams to align automation programs with funnel goals.
- Develop segmentation logic and dynamic content strategies that deliver personalized experiences at scale.
- Oversee the marketing automation platform, including integration with CRM systems and data sources.
- Implement lead scoring models and trigger-based workflows to improve sales handoff and pipeline quality.
- Establish reporting cadences and dashboards to track automation performance and continuously optimize programs.
What we are looking for:
- 4 years of experience in email marketing with a focus on marketing automation.
- Advanced proficiency in automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or Eloqua.
- Strong understanding of CRM integration, lead scoring, and data-driven segmentation.
- Experience building complex multi-step nurture journeys and behavioral trigger campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and drive continuous improvement.
