Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage daily financial operations, ensure the accuracy of our accounting records and support leadership with timely reporting and insights.
Core Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage AP/AR, bank and credit card reconciliations, deposits, journal entries, and petty cash using QuickBooks-integrated software.
Payroll & Reporting: Process bi-weekly payroll and prepare monthly financial packages, including sales, commission, and customer reports.
Compliance & Audit: Maintain organized financial documentation, assist with inventory tracking, and support audits to ensure financial regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven bookkeeping background with extensive QuickBooks and Excel proficiency.
Education: Strong understanding of accounting principles; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Skills: Attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
