Records & Data: Maintain organized customer/vendor files and assist with data entry, reporting, and inventory tracking.
Communication: Serve as a professional point of contact for customers and vendors communications via phone and email.
Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for sales trips and tradeshows.
Office Management: Monitor office supply levels, place orders, and provide general administrative support for daily operations.
Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Organization: Strong time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with high attention to detail.
Professionalism: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain accuracy.
Preferred Experience
- Previous administrative or customer support experience.
