Customer Experience & Sales Growth
✔ Retail or store management experience required
✔ Shopify experience is a plus
✔ Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales Growth
- Treat every guest as if they were a guest in your home—providing above-and-beyond service.
- Build relationships with customers, creating a local community of brand supporters.
- Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor sales trends and adjust strategies to maximize revenue.
- Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock, placing orders, and coordinating with vendors.
- Set and reset the store based on seasonal sales demands and merchandising strategies.
- Ensure products are priced strategically and merchandised effectively.
- Analyze sales data and forecast future inventory needs.
- Develop and execute in-store promotions, events, and seasonal activations to drive traffic and sales.
- Work with vendors and manufacturers to create impactful store displays.
- Promote the store locally by collaborating with schools, local media, and community partners.
- Hire, train, and manage store associates, ensuring they provide excellent service.
- Lead by example—motivate and develop staff to create a positive, high-energy work environment.
- Ensure store policies, safety protocols, and operational standards are met.
- Keep ownership informed on business performance, trends, and new opportunities.
