We are looking for a result driven retail sales associate. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, be a fast learner, and love to wear shorts, t-shirts and flip flops.
- Treat every guest as if they were a guest in your home, going above and beyond customer service.
- Be knowledgeable on all merchandise and selling tools.
- Ensure that the store is set and reset based on sales demands, maintaining a clean work environment.
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
- Build a database of customers information using our Store Rewards program.
- Market merchandise based on sales promotions or by new store items on a daily basis.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety.
- Work and help organize special promotions, displays and events.
- Customer service background in either sales or hospitality, preferred.
- Must be available to work Tuesday – Sunday.
- Must be outgoing and friendly.
- Fishing, Boating, BBQing is a bonus, but not a must have.
- Personal and Business references a plus.
