Accounts Receivable Specialist
We are looking for an experienced AR Specialist for a beverage distributor. The tasks of the AR Specialist will include managing AR and daily reconciliation of all invoices. The ideal candidate will have prior VIP experience and be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. This role ensures smooth running of our company’s office and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Skills
- Proven experience in an AR role.
- VIP software experience (Vermont Information Processing)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
