Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee sales operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of strategic planning and customer relationship management. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage brands and foster strong relationships with clients.
In-Store Selling
- Visit targeted stores while engaging directly with retailers, store management and staff to grow B&E brand presence and space in store
- Focus on Brand and Item distribution to achieve targeted goals
- Optimize product placement on shelves and displays for maximum visibility and sales.
- Gather insights into customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends through surveys to inform and guide strategy.
Administrative Duties
- Log daily sales activities, customer interactions, achievements and competitive updates using computer through Karma & email
- Ability to complete tasks on your own without constant supervision
- Follow up, completion and submission by the due date of all Surveys, Audits, and Paperwork required for the position.
- Respond to customer questions, concerns, opportunities and inquiries professionally and promptly.
Applicant requirements:
- 3-10 years in sales, field execution, or a similar role within the Beverage, Grocery, or DSD-Wholesaler industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Ability to negotiate and sell all channels of Beverage business: Food Service, Convenience, Grocery, Independent Owner etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with both retailers and B&E’s Independent Operators
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with Trade Math, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and VIP sales analytics tools.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to carry 50lbs and meet physical demands of the job
