About the Position
We are seeking a Managing Consultant / Program Manager to lead high-impact, interrelated projects to achieve strategic business goals for company clients. In this role, you’ll lead a portfolio of projects from strategy through execution—guiding cross-functional teams, managing budgets and risks, and delivering measurable results. You’ll combine expert advisory with hands-on implementation to create meaningful impact for clients and the business.

Location: Remote/Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client business data (financials, workforce reports) to recommend process improvements and organizational change.
- Direct multiple projects to achieve long-term strategic goals.
- Present solutions and progress to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve risks and dependencies; allocate resources efficiently.
- Champion change management and train client teams on new processes.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in management, project management, or specialized consulting (or equivalent education/experience).
- Deep knowledge of portfolio/program management (PMO), strategic planning, risk management, and organizational development.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
