Location: New Orleans, LA
What You’ll Do:
- Organize and manage data sets from a variety of sources to help our team and clients succeed
- Extract, analyze, and summarize data from databases for technical evaluations, management, and financial record keeping
- Use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Presentations) to create reports and presentations that communicate your findings
- Communicate clearly—both in writing and in person—with project teams, managers, and stakeholders
- Coordinate with team members across different locations, keeping projects on track and details in order
- Interpret and apply procedural guidelines to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality
- Embrace training, feedback, and new challenges with a positive attitude
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where your contributions are valued
What You’ll Bring:
- Public Trust Clearance (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in data or information management, business administration, data science, or a related field from an accredited university or college
- Experience organizing, managing, and analyzing data, including building computer-generated reports
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a distributed team
