- Implementing care plans efficiently, ensuring resident comfort and safety
- Collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to adapt care as needed
- Maintaining high standards of nursing practice to ensure optimal resident care
- Current RN license in the practice state
- Valid CPR certification (must obtain within 90 days if not already certified)
- License in good standing with no record of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation
