Staff Pharmacist

Role Overview: Provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including processing prescriptions, counseling customers on medication and health needs, administering immunizations, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.

• Key Responsibilities: Dispenses prescriptions accurately, maintains confidentiality, supports patient safety, and promotes quality care through effective communication and counseling.
• Ensures adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards, including HIPAA and legal regulations.
• Builds strong stakeholder relationships to support business solutions, monitors progress, and implements improvements.
• Models excellent customer service, enforces company policies, and guides associates in best practices.
• Fosters a culture of respect, integrity, and continuous learning, promoting teamwork and ethical conduct.
• Supports organizational initiatives, safety, and loss prevention efforts, and maintains detailed records and documentation.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, active pharmacy license, and completion of immunization training. Preferred candidates have additional certifications and experience in patient care and compliance.
