Staff Pharmacist

Role Overview: This position provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including dispensing prescriptions, counseling customers on health and medication needs, and maintaining confidentiality and regulatory documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert advice and support the development and implementation of healthcare action plans.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to identify business needs and drive improvements.
• Ensure excellent customer service by modeling proper techniques and resolving issues within company standards.
• Maintain compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards, including monitoring and implementing corrective actions.
• Administer immunizations and other health programs per regulatory guidelines.
• Promote a culture of patient safety, quality care, and transparency, analyzing and improving processes as needed.
• Support compliance initiatives, including billing procedures, HIPAA, and SOP adherence through audits and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills: A Bachelor's or PharmD degree, valid pharmacy license, and completed immunization training are required.
